Hook your readers with a powerful ending that will convert them into fans of your screenplay. All's well that ends well, and it's your ending that leaves that lasting impression on readers. Regardless of your genre, your ending is also the secret to a captivating beginning, and “writing backwards” is only one of many tools you will be handed to craft your powerful ending.

Write as you learn in this unique course that provides instruction, tips, online discussion, and relevant homework assignments, including an evaluation of pages from your ending. Examples from a wide variety of classic, popular, and highly acclaimed screenplays will be used to clarify principles and techniques as you design and write your powerful ending.

Learn from The Sixth Sense, The Usual Suspects, and The King's Speech, as well as The Godfather, The Shawshank Redemption, Galaxy Quest, Planet of the Apes, Psycho, Casablanca, Some Like it Hot, and more.
